These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) are designed to guide your participation in our exciting Program. By engaging with the Program, you’re agreeing to these Terms, alongside MGA’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Think of these Terms as a helpful supplement to our main Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, not a replacement. If you find yourself disagreeing with any part of these Terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from joining the Program.
Who Can Join?
Our Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older. We appreciate our MGA family, but to keep things fair, employees of MGA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Getting Started: Enrollment is Easy
Ready to dive in? Simply visit our website at www.lolsurprise.com/rewards and click the “Join Now” button. To get you set up, we’ll need your full name, email address, phone number, and for you to create a secure password. Rest assured, your information will be handled with care and in accordance with our privacy policy. By creating an account, you’re not just joining MGA Rewards; you’re also opting in to receive marketing emails about the program and other exclusive offers and discounts tailored for our members and customers. Don’t worry, you’re always in control – you can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
Rack Up Those Rewards
Earning rewards is part of the fun! You can accumulate points by making purchases directly on our website. For every dollar you spend on eligible items, you’ll earn two points, excluding those pesky taxes and shipping fees. Keep an eye out for other exciting opportunities to earn points, such as participating in surveys or referring your friends to the MGA community. Remember, purchases made using rewards points themselves do not qualify for earning further rewards. Imagine earning points towards your next big toy purchase, maybe even a cool T-rex Truck!
Time to Redeem: Treat Yourself
Once your rewards credit balance hits $5, or any multiple of $5, you can start redeeming them for discounts on future purchases on our website. Think of it as turning your points into savings! These rewards are promotional in nature and, unfortunately, can’t be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or any other products or services outside of discounts on our website. Rewards are also personal to you, the account holder, and are non-transferable. Consider using your rewards to get a discount on that awesome T-Rex truck you’ve been eyeing!
Reward Points: Use Them or Lose Them
Just like any good adventure, rewards points have a time limit. They expire one year from the date they were earned. So, make sure to redeem your rewards within a year to avoid losing them. Keep track of your points and plan your redemptions accordingly.
Program Changes and Sayonara
MGA holds the right to modify, adjust, or remove parts of these Terms at any point, with or without prior notice. It’s a good idea to check back periodically for any updates to the Terms. By continuing to participate in the Program after any changes are made, it means you’re accepting the updated Terms.
In the event that MGA decides to discontinue the Program, any unused points and/or Rewards will become void when the Program is officially terminated. Similarly, if you decide to close your account, any accumulated points and/or Rewards will expire immediately.
Limitation of Our Responsibilities
MGA is not responsible for any damages that may arise from your participation in the Program. This includes any type of damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, even if we were aware that such damages might occur. However, because some states have specific laws regarding limitations of liability, in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by state law.
Legal Stuff: Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes that may arise between us will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles, California.
